I wonder if any adcoms from SIU are on here reading this, I interviewed at SIU and there was only a few other people that day. It wouldn't be too hard to figure out who this is from an adcom pov

Why would they care? I don't think they're looking to fill their ranks with asexual robots. I can't imagine myself graduating from medical school, completing a residency, landing a job on the faculty at a medical school and being offered a position on the admissions committee so I can spend my evenings skulking around in the shadows on SDN, looking for any premed who may have interviewed at my school but has revealed him/herself to be unfit to enter the profession on an anonymous chat forum.

If you were so interested and thought she was so cute, why didn't you just ask her to hang out after the interview or ask for a number? Way more normal to ask in person than creeping on the internet. Grow a pair dude. What girl wants a creepy pre-med wuss who doesn't ask her out when given ample time, but then puts it all out there on an internet forum!?! No self-respecting female is going to respond to this now and be like "heyyyy that was me. let's meet up!"
