Did anyone skip auscultation on some of their cases? You can likely skip auscultation on MSK cases for example.
Also, is there any final say about how many spots we need to auscultate for the pulm exam and whether fremitus/egophony is necessary. I was going to do 4 posterior 2 anterior and skip fremitus/egophony.
