My guess would be it's dependent on the group. You can choose one person to lead the study group with a list of questions. If you're doing math, you have a whiteboard at each person's lovation and you work the problem out on that, or chemistry, etc. Then you display the answer to the 'moderator' when they say time.

If anyone is having a problem getting a concept, the group can talk it through, or one person who speaks the learning language of the individual in-question can do so. It's more a learn as you go process in terms of the needs of your group and the individuals that compose it.

While we call this a study session. I realize everyone is likely at a different study schedule and pace, so we shouldn't be expecting that everyone study/practice same topics at same time with everyone else attending the session. It can be very motivating to study alongside others that are doing the same thing you are doing and may be able to help each other with topics anyone may be having trouble with. So if anyone is interested in simply dropping by to study alongside others that will be great.

I am open to questions and ideas.
