Is anyone else applying to sleep this year?

I searched the forum, and this appears to be the official Sleep Interview thread for 2011-12. If so, it's surprisingly quiet. Have people completed interviews or even accepted positions already?

I can promise you that there are programs that have already filled their positions.

But there are places that won't even interview until the second half of the year...so no worries.

Out of curiosity...what is the interviewee mix this year like? Pulm? IM? Neurology? Psych? Any takers?

This doesn't surprise me. I expected less and less Pulm/CCM people to go for the extra year of fellowship.

I'm thinking we'll be seeing more and more IM people applying directly, though...
