68? Dayum. My AC'd be running constantly. (Hell, it feels like it already, and I keep the house at 77 in the day, 75 to sleep... but I sleep in... not much.)

And mad props to some old-school EM dudes for a rightous threadjack. I've not seen the likes of that (not to mention the full-circle) since the days of Quinn and MudPhud...

And when I was in residency, I had to walk uphill both ways from the parking garage. In the, um, blazing sun we have in Florida. 😛

I have kept my house at 67 all of July. Electric bill still cheap. Actually cheaper than when I had it at 70. Can't explain it, but I'll take it. This makes sleeping during the day possible. Except I can't sleep right now.

Maybe cycling on and off takes a lot of energy and it's always on at 67? Just a guess, maybe a completely idiot guess, who knows.
