Just got my eval from my EM rotation as a psych resident.
One of the attendings just hardcore pimped me on ortho fractures (different grades, locations, etc). Yes, I don't know anything about ortho......All the other attendings said I did a great job and I should consider switching but this "ortho" attending gave me a baaaaaad eval.

I'm still angry.

That sucks. I know some really great residents that have gotten not so hot evals on one rotation. Fret not, this is one rotation in 4 years of residency. I take it you are a PGY-1 if you are doing EM. Take heart, for me each year has just gotten better throughout residency.

you might be angry because your medical student type a personality takes over however realize that this EM eval has no bearing on anything...and I mean anything...unless you want to switch to EM
