I got two SLORs from the same away rotation. One is a composite and one is a "personalized" letter from an attending. Will programs consider both of these? I thought they would but the person loading my letters onto ERAS thought that it might not.

I'm not sure about 2 SLORs. I did the same thing (2 letters from the same place) but had one composite SLOR and a regular, personal LOR from one of the attendings to supplement the SLOR.

I believe we'll consider whatever letters you give us. Two SLORs from the same institution might be marginally less convincing than two from separate institution. However, they would probably be better than 1 SLOR and one from another specialty.

Great! Thanks! I suppose I'm mostly just speaking from the aspect of having my application "complete". I do have another SLOR from another school on its way, but it will be several weeks into November before its finished. So hopefully with two SLORs and one LOR my application is "complete" for the sake of deadlines and the last SLOR will trickle in later.
