Hey, has anyone gotten anything from any of the following schools:
Maryland
Boston
VCU
Columbia

I e-mailed Columbia and got some updates (ie receiving my application). They didn't send me anything aside from answering my e-mail question.

Nada...for all 4. 😴 They're the only ones I'm missing too. Somebody else posted a reply to another thread saying that they talked to Maryland and that they hadn't touched the applications yet and we're probably going to do that this week.

that was me that called maryland and if you think about it, right now is when a # of schools are orienting the new class and finalizing all that stuff so looking at a big pile of applications is probably the last thing on their minds, chill for a couple weeks and we'll start hearing from them

VCU sent me an e-mail asking for $70 the other day.

I haven't heard from Maryland though

i haven't heard from MCG, but since they only accept GA residents they're on their own schedule.

UAB hasn't responded yet either.

Just got (a few min ago) an empty email from Boston with subject line "Application Received". Wow, they really went all out.

There should have been instructions for sending in all the supplemental stuff (photos and fee) in the body of that email.

Nope, nothing from BU so far. I was hoping they would email me or send me a packet sometime this week. But no words from them so far.

Maryland, on the other hand, sent me a postcard telling me to pay up the $65 processing fee, along with sending in my official DAT score, though I'm re-taking it.

I'm just curious when was your AADSAS application mailed out?

So far, I got nothing from Boston, not an email, and nothing in the mailbox.

Mine was mailed out the first week 6/30, e-submitted in may. From what others here have said, it seems like Boston is pretty slow at sending things out, so don't worry if you haven't heard yet.

I'm guessing Grad got something asking for the app fee. Another SDNer who called them said they haven't really started reviewing apps yet.

I called Maryland today and this is what they said. First, everything will be sent out by e-mail. They will send you a postcard if they are missing your DAT scores or Application Fee. For now, they are only sending out those postcards. If everything is sent, then we just have to wait until we get the secondary e-mail.

I got an email from maryland. just saying they would contact me if they needed anything else for my application and that it was moving onto the admissions committee.

My application was sent out Aug 1st and I got emails from BU, maryland, tufts and a package from upenn saying send the money in.
