There isn't a laptop requirement. Most notes are given to you. There's an informatics lab, a few study rooms at the informatics center, and wireless laptops can be checked out at the library.
I will be going to SLU, also. I am curious as to where you guys will be living next year. Have you guys moved in yet? I am living in a decent, affordable place in the downtown area. I am moving next Saturday, so I am cutting it kind of close to when we start. See ya guys in a week!
