SLU Secondary

Sorry if I missed this already, I did a search and couldn't find anything. Anyone else have a problem with uploading a pic into the SLU for their secondary. Also I haven't been able to check if my LORs have been received. I have tried it in internet explorer also and still no luck....

No problems loading the pic here--maybe your file size was too large? (It says in the instructions that the file must be relatively small, but they don't specify a size.) I uploaded a <20KB pic, and they took it. Warning--you can't edit/delete the picture once you send it, so make sure it's the pic you really want!

Once you log in to the secondary, you can check your status (click on "Status" on the left column). They have an icon with a checkmark for LORs--red if they haven't received it yet, green if they've gotten 'em.
