Small error on application after submission

So I got an email from AMCAS saying they processed and finally submitted my application to the med. schools I applied to. I then decided to just glance through my application when I noticed that next to my mom's name in the "Parent and Guardian" section, her gender is listed as a male! I can't believe I let this slip past me, as I must've reviewed my app ten times before sending it. I called AMCAS and they said I need to contact all my schools directly since the application has already been sent out to the schools. I hope the school's understand and can work with me on this. 🙁

Well, then call the schools and fix it. I don't see the point of posting here. If you want reassurance, I'm 90% sure this won't hurt you.

Yup, call/email each school and have them fix it. It really isn't a big deal at all.
