Small Forehead Bumps From Minoxidil?

The Patient is a 35 Years Old Male , Latin American Ethnicity, healthy with no prior history of allergies.

Started using 5% Minoxidil twice a day for the last 2 weeks and noticed the symptoms 4 days ago .. they are persistent. He has not stopped treatment.

any insights.
