Hello! I'm currently aspiring to go to med school but I'm not unsure what the smartest path is to get there. I currently hold about 65 units from a traditional community college, and I am attending a small for-profit college for respiratory therapy. My GPA at the CC is 3.45 and currently hold a 4.0 in my RT program. I recently became aware that my current school that I am attending for the RT program is a nationally accredited school as opposed to most schools that are regionally accredited. Due to that, I've been told that my AS degree for my RT program may not be transferable to other schools to pursue my BS. Does anyone have any advice for the direction I should take? Are there good regionally accredited schools that accept nationally accredited credits? If I were to go on and get my BS from another nationally accredited school, do most med schools accept BS degrees from nationally accredited schools?

Thanks in advance!
