Just had an nbme q asking the effect of smoking on p450. So how does chronic smoking affect p450? Is it an inducer like chronic alcohol usage?

D--n man, I thought I had everything covered for p450 and you throw this question up. Answer would be appreciated. There are more inducers than inhibiters, so I would go that route if I had to guess.

Logically, smoking is full crap chemicals and your liver has to clear it so... inducer I would guess on a test
