Title pretty much sums it up. Should I update schools or will it not make a difference/be seen as a negative?

When I sent in my apps in June I had a 3.76 (20 credits). Just finished the program this past fall and graduated with a 3.7 (30 credits).

Is it advisable to still update schools with the slight GPA drop? Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

I don't think it'll be seen as a negative or a positive, just kind of blah. You would want to swing it as you completed your SMP of 30 credits with a 3.7 GPA, not whatever your fall semester grades were. I would only include this if you have some other stuff to update with though

Caribbean is your only hope

That's sarcasm, my child.

You'll be fine. So no fussing allowed.
