Just thought to search for some quick advice before I make a fool out of myself. I'm applying a few SMP's and they all have letters about, "why our SMP?" or "why are you interested in a biomedical sciences program?" Is it okay to straight up come out and say because I want to get into medical school? Or do you have to kiss ass and say because I love your school and love sciences and its so great studying?
Obviously not going to be that blunt, but I'm saying along the lines of I'm a few years removed from school and need to have current sciences and stimulate my brain and prep for applying to graduate school. This program provides me a great stepping stone to hone study skills, take medical school courses, and ultimately lead to a better resume for me to apply to medical school. Cool or a no go?
