I'm applying to Georgetown, Boston U, Drexel, EVMS, RFU, and Loyola's SMPs. Has anyone used Interfolio for SMP LORs? Are they accepted by these programs? Also, do any of these schools let you just transfer your LORs from the med school admissions dept, or do you have to have everything resent?

Most schools wont let you transfer LORs from the med school. You have to have them sent seperately. I used Interfolio without any problems. But I only applied to BU. Call the other schools and ask them, I dont think you'll have ny problems with Interfolio.

For BU I had to resend my LORs. I sent the same letters, though, because they said letters in support of med school admissions would be acceptable.
I sent my letters through my university's letter service. I'm sure interfolio would be fine since it is essentially the same thing.
