I'm confused about what to do after I finish my undergraduate degree. I won't be attending courses in the fall because my uni isn't offering the course I need to graduate, and I'll be part-time in the spring to finish it out. My financial aid has essentially "run-out" so I can't afford to take classes full-time. I had to leave school my 2nd year because my father was sick, and I came back a year later with better mental health and better support. My low GPA is mostly the result of having different priorities other than academics in my first two semesters, and my most recent three semesters have shown a slight upward trend. I have the time before I return to school to improve the score I got on the AAMC FL, as well as include clinical volunteering and hopefully some shadowing, I will likely continue these things in whatever I do next.

My question is: what should I do next? I don't think I qualify for most formal post-bacc programs as I have the pre-reqs complete. Should I do an informal post-bacc? I'll have 120+ credits, lots of them in BCPM, should I consider an SMP program (I've done a bit of research on BU and GT). Is there something else I should consider?

Where is your state of residence ? Are you fluent in Spanish ? You could do an informal post bacc at a local college and take science courses in order to raise your sGPA.
