I haven't seen any post that can answer my question, but is a Post professional Masters program in OT a SMP program? Will this program aid me in getting into medicine in the future?

No and no. It's a vocational program.

SMP = courses found in med school (Anatomy, Physiology, Histology, Med Micro, etc)
