SMPs with Guaranteed Linkage

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I think most places are more careful with their guarantee, and don't outright guarantee an admit to the top end of the class - they'll instead say something like "traditionally we matriculate 15% of our SMP into our own SOM", or maybe guarantee an interview. This is because they need to still have the ability to reject someone if they turn out academically gifted but lacking in other areas.

In addition to LECOM, i think VCOM also gives some sort of a guarantee.

Interesting. So, recently a very stats-strong applicant posted about his failed cycle, likely due to IA's. If he completed this program, he'd likely end up as one of the very top students, if not the top, and would be admitted. Or, would his IA's keep him from being admitted to the MS program from the get-go.

Depends on the IA's.

Are they benign? Like petty trespassing, underage drinking, pot use, etc.?
