i can't believe you searched the threads and pasted them here!

I'm just trying to help. 🙁 It took me a total of 30 seconds to search and copy the links to paste here. Those are just SOME of the good links I came across. SDN contains a wealth of information and the answers to 2/3 of the questions posted on SDN every day could be found just by using the search function.

LOL I saw the thread title and was about to post something snarky about how this is the first original question asked by a newbie dental student in a long time.

But then it turns out it's NOT original. 😀 It's been asked at least four different times and discussed in incredible length and detail.

It's comforting to know that SDN is here absolving me of the need to make my own decisions. Should I become a doctor or a dentist -- and when I get there do you recommend pre-faded Levis or crisp blue Wranglers at the student barbecues?

I CAN'T believe it hasn't been mentioned. I'll do the honors: we rock the hot pink hooker pumps at UNLV.

This is the most ******ed posting I have ever seen. If you aren't smart enough to know what shoes to wear how are you smart enough to get into dental school in the first place???

Wear the Nike Max Air Breathe III.

They have a lot cushioning and great arch support. The toe area as well as the heel area is protected by double DRC soul. This should make it last longer.

This shoe will make you navigate lightening fast in a clinic setting and you will be able to make those sharp turns with such ease never been experienced before. And these shoes will definitely make you out-run your classmates when it comes to grabbing a patient.

I agree with you there, but *realistically* how many NEW topics could there be if there were no double posts? There would be a new thread maybe once a week, if that. At least posting again could provide a new venue for some fresh input. But thats just the "glass half full" opinion. Those "what school ranks the best" threads are nails-down-the-chalkboard irritating. 😡
