snf c/s billing

so I started doing c/s in a snf last week, they have short term and long term patients, I have heard there is something you have to watch out for when doing c/s on long term facility patient, either you won't get paid by the insurance company because its expected you will be paid by the facility for the long term patient, does anyone have input on this?
