What would be a fair rate for 8-hour SNF shift? Per diem position. Can't find much information on SNF rates online. Is it slightly less than locums hospitalist rate? Location Southern California. Thank you.

Have you tried websites with salary information on them? Or searching job listings? You could also apply and interview and see what offers you get. Or maybe even call some HR departments and ask.
