SNF malpractice insurance

Hi All,

Recently left a group practice and am setting up my own practice, part of my business plan includes doing PM&R/pain consults at local SNFs. I’m having a hell of a time finding any malpractice carriers that will offer coverage for doing pmr consults in SNF’s. I’d be thankful for advice form any of the guys out there who do SNF work.

I’m based out of so-cal.
