Snow day anyone?

So classes at my school are canceled for the first time in something like 20 years. 😀 Anyone else not have classes today? If so, what are you doing with your day off?
I have a take-home exam to work on, and some missed lectures to catch up with.

Yeah, snow day here. Although I've discovered they lose their luster in college--they were far more exciting in high school and grade school.

I agree but this is still fun, except my car is buried. Oh well, its rear weal drive anyways with no weight in the back, summer tires, and no chains. Its probably not safe to drive anyways.

I guess I'll just start working on my school work.

My car is rear wheel drive too, it was fine getting to work in the predominantly rainy morning, but getting home in the wintry mix it turned into....well we'll cross that bridge when it comes 😀

HA! Govenor Doyle is the man! I had a biochem test today that I was totally not ready for, so I thought about not going in due to the weather up here. Turns out school was closed and our test will never happen because it's too close to finals!

about a fresh foot here. but we never close school for snow....we're too accustomed. we shut down for wind chill. those below freezing temps can supposedly nub off the little guy's nose and fingertips.

We had our first real snow yesterday, and its still snowing now... but its gotta thicken up 20 times or more if we are gonna get a snow day... oh and add a storm and -20celcius. whatever that is in farenheit
