Here's is where I am right now. Around high school I decided I wanted to become a physical therapist. Worked as a physical therapy aide in college. Started a masters program for PT too. Working as an aide, gaining insight into the profession, and taking classes in PT school, I found it wasn't what I wanted to do for a career. I felt a bit limited in how much I could assist a patient and found my interests lie in a different aspect of healthcare.

During my first semester in PT school, I got a B in physio for PTs and a C in both anatomy for PT and pathology. That was not indicative of my academic abilities, as my grandparents' health took a downturn and I had to spend a good deal of time trying to help take care of them (also changed my mind about what I wanted to do in healthcare). When I decided PT wasn't what I wanted to do, I withdrew, giving me 4 W's too. Problem is that my program changed to a doctorate program and does not offer those classes anymore, meaning I can't retake to change my grades. All of my other science classes are As & Bs. If I take those PT science classes out, my sGPA and cumulative GPA is near 3.5. With them, the sGPA drops down to around 3.26. Are these going hurt my chances because I cannot retake them? Will admission's committees look down upon these when they see these?

PS I'm still early in the process. Need to take Ochem II, biochem, MCAT

No and no.

Keep in mind that we see a lot of people who haver changed career paths (and hurt themselves initially). Just maintain those good science grandes and you'll be fine.
