So... how many answer choices do RC questions have?

is it 4 or 5? On practice tests sometimes I see 4 for every question, sometimes 4 and 5 are present in a test, sometimes a test has 5 answers for every question. What's the deal?

Some have 4 some have 5. Some even have 2 at least for me. I found that many sections fluctuated on the number of choices to pick from
