So I just bought UWorld.. how do I use it?

I decided I wanted to use UWorld as a learning tool throughout the year, and buy various NBMEs once the time comes for self assessment.

Either way, I bought it, bank account $420 less than it was yesterday

How do I do basic questions? Like immunology. Even every immunology is linked to an organ system, and since we haven't done pathology for each organ system yet, I don't know what to do.
