this is going to be my second try for MD schools, if i decide to apply. so please tell me how i stack up.

undergrad gpa 3.4
grad gpa 3.4
1st mcat 30 9v 10b 11p
2nd mcat 31 10v 10b 11p
emgy room voluteer for 8 mo.
my "circumstances" arent so good so maybe that would ease up the pressure for GPA

should i even bother applying? im thinking LLU and USC....

so where did u apply last year? did u even get any interviews at all?

base on your mcat score, ang gpa, you are around the edge of being competitive. i just like to get a feedback on your first attmept applying if you don't mind sharing. did u discover what your weaknesses are?

are you a Cali. resident?

i got one interview at LLU but none at the Cali state schools. my stats were about 0.3 lower for GPA then. im not fond of cali state schools, they have a snobby disposition.

I know that our city med school wants to see at least a year of volunteer time. Are you continuing to do volunteer work?
