so what happened with those cali docs and the lawsuit?

I remember seeing a thread on here and hearing this from one of my attendings how some anesthesiologists in cali were suing to have the CRNA right to practice without MD supervision overturned. Does anyone know what's been happening with that? I am sure this will be a very long battle, but was just wondering if there was any headway.
