So what time does does the Cycle open??

I am wondering if anyone knows what time the cycle opens. Where i am at it is past 12:00 so i am wonder if there is time or a certain time zone that is being used. Anyone know????

A previous applicant posted in another thread that it didn't open until 7pm eastern time last year. Sorry I can't give you more info than that!

Last year the application wasn't immediately available on May 15th. I think it took until May 18th for the site to work. So don't be suprised if things aren't working precisely on May 15th.

For most people, the site will load verryyy slow or not at all. With so many people trying to access the site at once, it usually takes a day or 2 for it to work without any problems.
