Hey guys im new in town and just wanted to say hi and see what people thought of taking the dats and in the next month or so. Do you think that it's to late to be taking them?

you should definitely strive for a 20+ to have a good shot. but some schools only accept 50% of there class by Dec. 1st, so you will still have a pretty good shot at a lot of schools.
