I didn't get it, and I trust my stats are solid. I don't think they're screening based on stats as much as just doing things in an order based on ssn or last name or smth.

I JUST got it today, and some of my friends (who are very competitive applicants) haven't gotten it yet. Don't worry, they are sending them to everyone, they are just taking their sweet time. 😉

its ok man, you only have a week to finish it so it may be a blessing in disguise! i yelled and whined about not getting it, and now that i have it, i have to grovel to the adcomm about extending my extension for LOR, kinda embarassing.... 😳

i haven't either. it's starting to mess with my head, but since i wasn't verified until 7/8 i'm guessing they will send mine maybe at the beginning of august or something. either way i can't get my committee letter interview until 8/18, so the longer they take the less i have to worry about getting lor extensions down the road.

still nothing from NW here, either. AMCAS processed 7/7. i'm not really worried, though. frankly, i have enough schoolwork to keep me busy without worrying about why medschools haven't sent me more work to do.

also, for what its worth, i still have nothing from UPitt or Case, and they started sending secondaries a couple of weeks ago. oh well, life goes on...

I called the Admissions Office yesterday. THEY told me that EVERYBODY is invited to fill out their secondary this year. I haven't gotten it either, but at least I am not worried. 😀

Not true. People who filled their AMCAS later than me have got it.

It's good to know that I m not alone though.

From talking to people, it seems that those who have summer school or other time-consuming commitment are the ones who haven't got the secondary so far. However, some of my friends taking summer school got their secondaries from NW. I don't quite understand how it works.

The good news is that it's not the stats.
