Good luck to everyone who may be struggling through this.
Come up with a plan and what your minimum acceptable position would be. Please don't be the person who accepts a SOAP position and then is asking a week from now about the consequences of backing out of a SOAP position to reapply--if you choose to SOAP into a different specialty you need to be ready to actually work in that field.
