I am a US-IMG who applied ERAS/MATCH 2018 with pending CK score.
Later in mid-October, I found out I failed CK (193). I retook it in early January and scored 239.
So this is where I am at:
Step1: 225 (1st attempt)
CS: pass on 1st attempt
CK: 239 (pass on 2nd attempt)
Applied to 300+ IM & FM programs, haven't gotten any invitations for not having CK score available.
I know I don't have much chance even in SOAP. But I'd like to know if there's anything I can do at this point to improve my chance or to avoid myself applying next cycle. Any strategy for selecting programs when SOAPing?
I am still aiming for IM Categorical but honestly, IM Prelim, FM(or anything else) is really what I hope to get it. Please help me out people out there who had similar experience.
