Do you guys know of any other dental schools that require Sociology? I only know so far that University of Michigan requires it while most other schools just recommend it . If I haven't taken it when I apply for dental schools, how much is that going to hurt my chances?

Not going to hurt your chances. Only take it if you're applying to Michigan. If not, its kinda pointless unless you want to take it.

Take the class.
1. Its super easy and a guaranteed A that will boost your oGPA.
2. its perfect to take in a busy semester when you're taking 2 or more sciences.
3. if you really want to go to Michigan you'll be covered.
4. its probably required via a liberal arts elective for you to graduate, so might as well do it.

Thanks for everyone's input!
The excel file of all the requirements for each school is really helpful.
But on there, whats the difference between the credits in red and the credits in black?
