Ideally, you want to diversify your ECs beyond medically related or research experiences. The best way to do this is through community service, student organisations, or your hobbies. Other than that, your ECs are pretty solid.

Then I suggest really taking the time to expand your ECs because your present ECs do not stand out and you need to have the in this whole application game.
