Does anyone have a good complete "Rules of Solubility" they could share?

I have this one I found online, in addition to the one from the Kaplan book:

I think I have a good set of rules. Send your email address to [email protected] and I'll email you a JPEG image

This is for anyone who wants a copy....

I am going to hospital >> emergency >> I'll email the rules to everyone later tonight (sorry about that). I have to find my notes, take a snap shot, etc. I must leave home now. I'll be back soon. I apologize again. I'll send you the rules ASAP. I promise. (most likely tonight)

Thanks again Dat_Student. Also, if anyone wants to compare his against ones that I've found online, give this a shot and let me know what everyone thinks:

This one looks a little more complete than the one I linked. It includes those that people mentioned in that other solubility thread....that were missing from the Kaplan one.

also...I'm not sure if you were referring to me when you wrote "compare HIS against ones...." ....

http://www.csudh.edu/oliver/chemdata/solrules.htm <-- this solubility rules table seems pretty comprehensive but it seems to be missing Hg2SO4 and SnSO4 as exceptions for sulfate salts. Just thought you'd like to make a note of it. cheers!

P.S. for some reason BCC didn't work for two email addresses. I had to send them a separate email msg.

you should check out this thread...

    http://forums.studentdoctor.net/archive/index.php/t-210973.html

scroll down to solubility...it's pretty easy to remember that way

  11. Oh yea, I forgot to memorize the solubility rules when I took the DAT!!! I just went with this... assume something's soluble or not!

...do you really need to know it? I don't think I remembered a single question on a practice DAT where we needed to know it!

I have run across a practice question (not Kaplan) that asks for net ionic for which you would need to know what precipitates and what doesn't.

    Thanks dat_student for posting that!
