I would submit only the scores of 4. If someone asks, say you didn't want to get credit for those classes and were hoping to explore those subjects more in college. Send everything by the deadline.

If your SAT/ACT and subject scores are good, I think you should be okay.

I have a 34 on the ACT, but a 740 on the subject test (Math 2). Would you recommend I send in the 740?
