You're fine. I submitted my primary application on June 5 last year and was verified by June 22-24, which was before medical schools even received these applications. Even if your transcript takes more time, you'll be okay. What matters more is when you submit your secondaries and are marked complete, so you should probably start pre-writing those when you get the time.
