A lot of people seem to be saying that doing well on your prereq courses is what's important. However I took my prereq courses in my first two years and didn't do that well, mostly B's and C's, a few A's. And I believe UC Davis doesn't allow you to repeat courses unless you received a D+ or lower. I still have a year left, which I'm ready to take some upper division bio to show I can take on the load, but I'm not sure what I can do about my low prereq course grades. Any advice on this?

Thanks 👍

as long as u don't get C- or lower, there's no need for a retake. all u can do now is show an upward trend in ur gpa...so just do well on the rest of ur bio courses.

well ive already taken all of my bio courses... the grades are okay, not great. would it be ok for me to just take other random upper div classes with good grades?
