Hello folks. I am a pharmacy student with no dental insurance. The other day I noticed a brown mark on 2 of my molars, one on each side of my mouth. If I touch it or scrape at it, it hurts and is sensitive. I was just wondering what this might be? Is it enamel coming off the tooth (cuz I've heard of that, but I am clueless when it comes to teeth!) or something else? I've never had this type of problem before.
