some advice please

Hi aspiring dentists-
While I was enjoying my tootsie pop tonight, my permanent crown, that was temporarily glued in, came out (I was chewing on that sticky stuff). I know I have to make an appointment at the dentist. However, I was wondering how long should I wait before getting the crown put back in. Do I have to worry that 'what is left of my tooth' is going to get really damaged before I am able to get an appointment at the dentist? Thanks so much 🙂

from what i know of the urgency of certain dental cases, you should visit the dentist at your earliest onvenience. of course, you should not subsitute seeing your dentist for advice from a student dental forum. Good luck.
