I am not sure anyone would tell you to go Carrib if you can be admitted to a US Allopathic (MD) school.

That being said, you will not know where you stand with US Allopathic schools until you get your MCATs.

Good luck. Don't lose confidence in what can be a very long, tiring and confusing process.
