I've posted before on this forum, I'm a specialty changer and will be applying to rad onc through the match this year. I'm also looking into outside the match positions-anyone know if anything is currently open?

Also, I've looked at the NRMP data and have seen that rad onc has a pretty good match rate-in the latest match, it seems about 85% and only about 27 unmatched people. What do people who don't match do to improve their chances, etc?

Lastly, I am trying to gear up some research as well. I have looked but have not had much luck finding research opportunities. Any ideas as to how I would be able to find such opportunities? Thanks all.
