1. Those who have tutored..What did you put for "name of the employer?" I tutored ~10 students throughout my college years and am thinking of putting them all together in one slot.
2. Did you guys put your dentist's name on the "name of supervisor" for dental experience section? (i.e. Dr. XXXX XXXXX). In one of the practices I shadowed, there were two doctors and I shadowed both of them for total 100 hours. I originally put just the name of the practice (i.e. XXXX Dental) but since they are asking for "name" of my direct supervisor, do I put both of the dentists' name in one slot?
3. I am X-ray and CPR certified. I am thinking of putting CPR in Academic Enrichment program and X-ray for dental experiece. Is this right?
