Here are my Qs:

1. What is the difference between natural killer cell and cytotoxic T cell?

2. What is the difference between Urethra, Ureter, Uterus? How do I remember the differences and dont mix them up?

3. Is Uterine tube same as Follicular or oviduct tube, and is Testicular tubules same as Seminiferous tubules?

4. What is the main difference between Menstrual Cycle and Ovarian Cycle?

Thanks SDNers

1. What is the difference between natural killer cell and cytotoxic T cell?

They both same. Cytotoxic T cell has two categories, which are T helper cell and T killer cell. T helper cell recruit more B cells and T killer cell directly involve in lysis of pathogens. So, natural killer cell is non specific, while cytotoxic T cell is for specific.

2. What is the difference between Urethra, Ureter, Uterus? How do I remember the differences and dont mix them up?

There are urine pathways
Urea from liver -> Nephrone Unit -> collecting ducts -> renal pyramids _> renal pelvis (kidney pelvis) -> ureter -> bladder -> urethra -> Pennis

sperm pathways as follows:
Sperm
Seminiferous tubule - Epididymus - vas deferan - Ejacutory track - Urethra - Pennis

uterus is just female reproductive sex organ. Urethra is just ejaculatory track

3. Is Uterine tube same as Follicular or oviduct tube, and is Testicular tubules same as Seminiferous tubules?

Fallopian tube = oviduct = uterine tube

4. What is the main difference between Menstrual Cycle and Ovarian Cycle?

Ovarian cycle is composed with FOLD MAP. M stands for Menstrual cycle

Cliff had them as two seperate choices. also, the helper is not part of the cytotoxic T cell. They are both under cell mediated response.

cycle Not understanding your explanation.

thanks for your response tho

I ma do it on the 30th.. I think 5-6 weeks is enough for me

Good luck with it.. I'm interested to see how you do. When do your Spring classes start? Hopefully that doesn't cause a problem.

I think I've already told you I was originally on the Winter break plan but that isn't going to work. I have an obsession with trying to do the best which is causing me to take 12 hours to get through a single chapter of cliff's ap.. cross refrencing it with wiki and making note cards and ugh lol. I'm planning on keeping 12hr days for 5 months up and then we'll see how it turns out haha. This would suck if I didn't enjoy learning this stuff so much.

Again, best of luck to you and make sure to let me know how you did. If you need anything in the early chapters of cliffs explained to you let me know. I can't look at anything anymore without thinking biology. Just this morning I was cooking breakfast and started classifying the ingrediants into carbs/lipids/proteins and then their subclassifications lol.

In the end, the trick is staying off SDN! :meanie:

anybody else?

Im pretty sure Mentrual and Ovarian cycles are the same thing?
Not sure, but regardless, none of my bio prep and none of the bio questions I did (Destroyer, Barrons, Kaplan) had anything about Ovarian cycle but lots about Mentrual.
