Some general post bac and masters questions

My gpa is around 3.2 and i am a senior

have not taken DAT yet, but planning to take soon when i feel like i am ready


Before i graduate, i have to take one more quarter.

So, i will be attending school for one more quarter for one stupid class.. (september to december)
it is a fall quarter only class (Molecular cellular bio that i couldnt get in last fall)

anyways,
if i have to take one additional fall quarter,
does that mean i am not able to take any postbac or masters?

You can do an informal post bac where you continuing taking science classes after graduation. I've never heard of a masters program that starts in January, so that's probably not going to work out.
