  1. Pre-Medical
I am 27 and engaged and trying to get a steady income and stable job. Currently, I work as a help desk technician full time, pay is ok company sucks. My ultimate goal is to go to medical school. They have a radiography certificate program at my university which I was thinking of going for just to get 1. a steady paying stable job and 2. get some health experience under my belt. My question is: would it be better to graduate with CT/MRI degree then do post bacc. or go for a radiography cert and complete pre-req's and major in biology?

At 27... just finish ANY degree... finish the pre-reqs... apply. That is how you will get into medical school. No need (nor time) to pick up random little health related certificates here and there on the way.

Yes, with the caveat that the degree should be a bachelor's degree.

I think dont waste y=time for second degree if you already have one...finish doing prerequisite and get some shadowing experience...that will be enough to have health related exposure.
