some help please

hope its not against the rules to ask this, but i am asking for a little bit of help. My son broke his arm 9 months ago, and it is still has not healed on Xrays, thou they tell me it has clinically healed as the break does not have any movements in it or cause any pain to my son.

What i am asking for is things to suggest or ask about that might have been over looked or show up in a different test, its been 9 months since he broke both bones, not sure on what you guys call it
